Trattoria Trullo takes its name from the iconic conical-roofed stone houses of Puglia, in southern Italy. Chef and owner Marco Criscuolo, a native Pugliese, has carried the flavors of his homeland to California, cooking every dish with the same care and tradition he grew up with.
We pair California's finest seasonal produce with imported Italian staples, aged Parmigiano Reggiano, durum wheat, and cold-pressed olive oil, to make something genuinely authentic. Every pasta shape is made fresh in-house, daily.
